that when it gets really quiet and you haven't seen your child in a while, trouble is brewing. So I went looking for Lexsie, terrified of what I might find! I found her sitting next to the laundry basket (full of wet bedding - she had an accident last night) rubbing her thumb on her blankie, her fingers in her mouth and getting a lovie fix. I guess it was that kind of morning.
