Anna kept climbing on rocks and would pose. Then she would want me to take 50 pictures of 50 different poses on the same rock. Eventually, I had to cut her off!

This would be one of his many shooters!
Bekah and her friend Rebekah on the top of a 'tall tall' rock!

Well, this is the epitomy of our last adventure. While mom was here we went to Devils Tower. I thought we could handle the 1.3 mile hike around the base, so we took off. The kids were doing great! Not a whine or complaint out of Anna. Kaid found every stick along the path and called them a sword or shooter depending on what they lookedl like. At one point he had about 25 in his hands. Bekah and her friend Rebekah did laps around us old folks and were having a great time, when Kaid stopped me and pointed to his foot and said, 'hurt'. I thought he had a sticker in his shoe, so I took it off. He had a big ol' blister on the side. He didn't start crying until he saw the blister. Then he wouldn't stop. About that time Quinn started crying because he was hungry, but I thought, 'oh we're almost back to the car, so I'll throw Kaid on my shoulders and just hurry back to the car. The girls could walk at a slower pace with Grandma. So I took off - around the next corner I came across the sign. That says it all. Half way there. Notice Kaids face (You can't see Quinn, but he was crying too.) After all was said and done, it was a really fun day! It really wasn't as bad as the picture makes it look. I just wanted to prove to Craig that I really am tough!

Unfortunately, these are our 'better' attempts at getting Easter Pics with all the kids together. Since Bekah was gone this weekend we'll have to try again next week - at least she can hold Quinn without squeezing his head off!

Anna wanted a sparkly white Easter dress this year. Luckily Aunt Stacy makes 'em to order! She wondered if she could wear it to church and to 'play princess dress-up'!

This look completely summarizes Kaid's behavior since Craig left... Mischievous, Devilish, calculating and yet sweet and charming. The picture says it better than any words can describe.
