OK this picture just rocks!

I have to admit I love that our neighbors have a pool (so glad we don't - way to much work) and we get to enjoy the fruits of their labors. It was a 'balmy 69 degrees' (it was way cold!) but that didn't stop em!

I'm having a moment. This year has just zipped by! Yes, it has sucked and most of it is a hazy memory but what I am really sad about is the baby. She started sleeping through the night too soon, opted for a bottle and solids too quickly, held her head up and smiled, and cooed, got teeth and all those things babies learn to do just too darn fast and now I know I am just moments away from a toddler and I already am missing my baby. I'm kinda sad she is my last baby - I hope being a grandparent is all i'ts cracked up to be!

I think he's having an affair...

I know that when we started this new relationship I agreed to have a 3-way. The vast greeness and large open spaces for the kids to play in appealed to me too, but now I feel as though Craig is having an affair. An affair with the yard! It always looks good and is well-groomed it showers everyday, it gets regular haircuts (2-3 times a week), she gets mulched and edged. She is so high maintance I though Craig liked low maintance... Craig tells me it's because she never talks back! Now here I am jealous of all the time he is spending working on our large open space - Is it just me or is this residency making me crazy?

I was stunned that I had been recognized and that someone knew all about my job - even the pony tail. But how was I the last to know? After the awe and confusion wore off I then laughed my butt off! (thanks Lani) You totally made mothers day a hit! You've got to click on the link!

I was cleaning up my desktop and came across this old video. It's from about a year ago. I giggle all over again. Poor Craig, his life is just not letting up! I could have just as easily taken this video yesterday...

Another Kaid Moment

Me: The girls are gonna say, 'Kaid your so cute I just want to kiss you! Do you know what you say back to them?'

Kaid: 'what?'

Me: 'tell them no no no not till we're married.'

Kaid: 'uh, I think I'll just skip that part!'
