We were claimed by both the 37th bomb wing and the 34th bomb wing (just because Craig will make house calls...) Anyway, it is tradition to post these signs in the yard after a baby is born. Someone came and put up these up in the middle of the night. Now we have to keep them until the next baby is born and the mystery person will come move it to the next baby's yard. It's kind of a fun tradition don't ya think.
